JPdfBookmarks is an utility program to create or edit bookmarks on
existing
PDF files. It is not a pdf viewer so you need to use it in conjunction
with a pdf viewer of your choice like Adobe Reader or kpdf or whatever
you like. It has a command line and a graphical interface. You can create different kind of bookmarks, not
pointing only at top of page but also at different positions within the
page, using fit page width , fit page height or fit whole page options.
Bookmarks can be reordered by dragging them around with the mouse.
The

This

Runtime version 5 or above, you can check if you have it already and
eventually obtain the latest

www.java.com.
You can download it also on softpedia for both
