In
jpdfbbokmarks you can change the bookmark's title appearance, from the
standard plain and black, to the bold and/or italic style and to
different colors using the dialog controls.
If you want that
your bookmarks are shown as soon as the reader opens the file check the
"Show Bookmarks on open" check box in the toolbar.
